Deposits, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
To book an appointment at Diamond Beauty & Aesthetics, a non-refundable booking fee deposit is required per service treatment, advanced procedures and courses will need to be paid in full at the time of booking on the day of request. This deposit can be transferred if at least 48 hours notice is given. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will forfeit your booking fee deposit. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee deposit, and the remainder of the missed appointment fee will be charged.
We require at least 48 hours' notice to rearrange appointments. Failure to provide this notice will result in clients losing their deposit, which includes no-shows. If the required notice is given, the appointment may be transferred to a new date. Please contact us directly if you wish to make any changes.
